AMARILLO, TX – The Italian Firearms Group http://www.ifg-usa.com/ (IFG) is proud to announce that they are the sole US distributors for FK BRNO, a major firearms innovator located in the historical city of Brno in the Southern Moravia region of the Czech Republic. IFG’s current inventory includes FK BRNO’s popular PSD pistol, with more introductions to be announced soon.
“IFG is very excited to offer FK BRNO to the American market, including their cutting-edge PSD Multi-Caliber Pistol,” said Justin Dodd, Chief of Operations, IFG. “The PSD is chambered for the proprietary 7.5 FK cartridge and is also sold with inter-changeable 10MM and 9MM barrels. American shooters and hunters are going to be very impressed with the accuracy and functionality of the PSD.”
In 7.5 FK, the 95-grain bullets exit the PSD’s barrel at an impressive 2,000 feet per second, and generates ballistics comparable to many carbines, making the PSD a fine hunting handgun for medium-sized game out to 100 yards. The single action PSD features a tilting barrel, positive-lock mechanism and a patented recoil attenuating system developed specifically to handle the potent 7.5 FK round.
The PSD’s double stack magazines hold 16 rounds of the 7.5 FK round. The PSD’s slide is cut to utilize a variety of red dot optics, including the popular Trijicon® RMR® and the interchangeable barrels can be switched out literally in minutes, without tools, giving the shooter the ability to switch between three handgun calibers.
To support this unique platform, IFG will also be the US distributor for the three different 7.5 FK ammunition options for tactical, self-defense, target or hunting applications.
