Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how IFG-NA, LLC ("Italian Firearms Group," "IFG," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit italianfirearmsgroup.com, buy from us, enter our promotions or contact us. We sell and ship only within the United States.

Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account and orders: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, order history, and the FFL dealer you choose for a firearm transfer.
- Payment: card details are entered into and processed by our payment processor (Authorize.Net). We do not store full card numbers. If you apply for financing through Credova, Credova collects your application information directly.
- Age and eligibility checks: information needed to confirm you can legally buy an item, such as your date of birth, shipping location, a copy of your government-issued ID, permits or licenses, and your FFL dealer's details. See Age verification and firearm compliance below.
- Email sign-ups, contests and giveaways: name, email, phone and your marketing choices when you join our list or enter a promotion.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email or phone.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, referring site and items added to cart.
- This is collected with cookies, pixels and similar tools, listed in Cookies and analytics below.
How we use information
- Process, ship and support your orders, including FFL transfers.
- Confirm that a purchase is allowed under federal, state and local law.
- Run contests and giveaways, including contacting winners.
- Send marketing emails if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Understand how the site is used and improve it.
- Show relevant IFG ads on other websites (see Cookies and analytics).
- Prevent fraud, keep the site secure and meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We and the providers below use cookies, pixels and similar tools to run the store, measure traffic and show relevant ads. When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept, reject or choose categories; you can change this any time with the "Manage Website Data Collection Preferences" link. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some store features (like the cart) may stop working.

Email marketing
We send marketing emails only to people who sign up or opt in, for example through a sign-up form, a checkbox at checkout, or a contest entry form. Some sign-ups ask you to confirm by email first. Entering a contest or giveaway does not sign you up for marketing unless you tick the opt-in box. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email info@ifg-usa.com. We may still send order and account messages after you unsubscribe. Our emails are sent through Klaviyo, which records opens and clicks so we can see what is useful.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that work for us: BigCommerce (store platform and hosting), Authorize.Net (card payments), Credova (financing, if you apply), ShipStation and shipping carriers (delivery), eCheckpoint (purchase compliance checks), Klaviyo and Poptin (email and sign-up forms), and the analytics and advertising providers listed under Cookies and analytics.
- FFL dealers you select, so a firearm can be legally transferred to you.
- Government authorities, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
- A buyer or successor, if IFG's business is sold or merged.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics cookies may count as "selling" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under some state laws; you can opt out as described under Your privacy rights.
Age verification and firearm compliance
Many of our products can only be sold to adults and where local law allows. Before an order ships, we use eCheckpoint, a compliance service, to check it against federal, state, county and city rules for your shipping address. Depending on the product and location, you may be asked for your date of birth, to upload a copy of your government-issued ID, or to provide a permit, license or your FFL dealer's details. eCheckpoint uses this information only to perform the check for us. Firearms are shipped only to a licensed FFL dealer, who completes any required background check under federal and state law. We keep transfer and compliance records for as long as the law requires.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information, unless we must keep it by law (for example, firearm transfer and tax records);
- opt out of targeted advertising, "sales" or "sharing" of personal information, and profiling;
- appeal if we decline your request.
To make a request, email info@ifg-usa.com or call (800) 450-1852. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may make a request for you. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. Keeping and protecting information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or longer when required by law, regulation, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Some records may be kept for as long as IFG remains in business where the law requires it. Marketing information is kept until you ask us to delete it. We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections and PCI-compliant payment processing, but no system is completely secure.
Children
Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
