The Harper's Ferry was the first flintlock pistol requested by the U.S. Government to equip the navy. Named after the town in Virginia where the armory and arsenal were built, Harper's Ferry would later be destroyed during the American Civil War. The stock is made from walnut with brass furniture. Chrome barrel and case color hardened lock.
